Semantix offers you a broad HR role, where you are an important and natural part of the operational HR work with the aim of contributing to the business. The HR team in the Nordics is evolving and you will be part of continuing to drive the integration with Transperfect in the region.

Your main responsibilities:

  • HR administrative tasks related to, employment, onboarding, and offboarding of new hires and leavers

  • Registration, maintenance, and optimization of employee data as well as general personnel administration for Denmark and Norway

  • Various HR reporting

  • HR-related ad hoc tasks and ongoing support

  • Administration of payroll inputs and contact person for our external payroll administration in both Denmark and Norway

  • Work in projects related to integrations of processes and ways of working to become on HR team for the Nordic region, and other tasks that will drive the continuous development of the value HR delivers to the business.

You report to Semantix's HR Manager and become part of a Nordic HR team. You will also be part of the company's worldwide HR department. The culture is characterized by a welcoming and open work environment, both in terms of coming up with new ideas, efficiency and improvement suggestions, and also in terms of the atmosphere in the company.

As a person, you are outgoing, have a good sense of humor, are service-minded, and master communication at eye level. You are a self-starter and have a hands-on approach to work. You work structured, detail-oriented, and have high data discipline. You are good at planning and used to working with deadlines. You are also used to maintaining an overview in a changing everyday life and thrive with changes.

Job requirements

Essential skills and experience required:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Labor Relations or related field

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Danish, good understanding in Norwegian

Previous experience within HR

Knowledge and understanding of Danish and Norwegian employment law

Decision-making / complex problem-solving skills

Great organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to prioritize and work with tight deadlines to produce high quality and volume at a fast pace

Ability to work independently and to collaborate with teams based globally

Positive attitude and ability to maintain professionalism at all times

Working knowledge of MS Office

Experience with HR work in the Nordic region is an advantage.

The position is maternity cover with a placement at our office in Viby, but we also have offices in Copenhagen and Vejle. Ideally you are able to start June 1st, the maternity cover end on March 30th 2026. Some travel activity to other locations must be expected.
