Freelance Korean into English Translator

Long-Term Freelance Korean into English Translation - Clinical Research Protocol/Ethics Committee Letter Translators

Roles:

1. Translation Linguists:

• Translate clinical research documents from Korean to English with utmost precision.

• Ensure the translations meet the required industry standards and guidelines.

1. MTPE Linguists:

• Perform Machine Translation Post-Editing (MTPE) from Korean to English.

• Deliver high-quality post-edited translations that adhere to project requirements.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Korean and English.

• Specialization in Life Science - Clinical Research Protocol/Ethics Committee Letter.

• Strong attention to detail, spelling, and grammar.

• Ability to maintain professionalism under tight deadlines.

Minimum Requirements (Must meet ONE of the following):

• A degree in Translation, Linguistics, or Language Studies, OR an equivalent degree with significant translation training from a recognized institution.

• 2 years of translation experience + a college degree.

• 5 years of translation experience (no degree required).

• A certificate of competence in translation issued by an appropriate government body.

Additional Requirements:

• Must agree to a confidentiality agreement.

• Successful completion of required skill evaluation tests.

• Completion of onboarding modules.
